Trial fee and membership payments may be made through UPI, QR code, bank transfer, or third-party payment providers. We may record the amount, payment status, date, reference number, and package details. We do not ask you to share full card numbers, card PINs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords with us.

5. Health and Fitness Information

Pilates instruction may involve information about your movement, posture, injuries, pregnancy status, pain, medical cautions, or fitness goals. We use this information only to plan safer sessions, adapt exercises, and support your training. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with instructors, studio staff, booking and app technology providers, payment providers, analytics or hosting vendors, professional advisors, and authorities where required by law. We share only what is reasonably needed for the purpose.

The 7flow Pilates member app is available on Google Play and the App Store. The app and member portal may use third-party services for hosting, login, notifications, booking management, analytics, crash reporting, and payments. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

8. Children and Minors

If a client is under 18, bookings, memberships, assessments, and participation should be handled with consent from a parent or legal guardian. We may collect guardian contact details for communication, safety, and payment coordination.

9. Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as needed for studio services, account management, legal records, tax and accounting requirements, dispute handling, safety, and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no website, app, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
